We may have begun our Christmas countdown with a break-up song and some mellow tunes, but today, we’re lifting up the Christmas spirit with the song of the day – Twelve Days of Christmas by Brighton indie pop band the Popguns.
This comes from this year’s WIAIWYA Christmas album enitled 24 and features lots of indie Christmas song goodies that will tide over your holiday song cravings all month.
Twelve Days of Christmas is a modern take on the traditional twelve days of Christmas love affair but instead of the partridge in a pear tree we heave a couple of vinyl records and a concert date – which if you ask me, is pretty cute.
