Children Collide are a rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Their debut album, The Long Now will be released later this summer on Dine Alone Records and was produced by David Sardy. The first single from their debut album Social Currency is making the rounds on Australian radio and Australian music video networks whilst their profile is currently rising in the Australian music scene, leading to live support slots with big name acts like The Hoodoo Gurus and The Living End Johnny (Guitar/Vox, Heath (Bass) & Ryan (Drums) formed the band in Melbourne a few years back after hitch hiking their way from Lismore. As founding members and principle songwriters, Johnny and Heath play raw over-driven rock, oozing a range of influences. Using stop-start rhythmic patterns coupled with contagious pop melodies and insightful lyrics they infect audiences with an insentient bite leaving their indie rocker victims with an incurable addiction.
